The 2026 report
What 3,000 Ask Happy Messages Taught Us
The short answer: people asking about the Hotwife lifestyle are not mostly asking how to find a man. They are asking how it works inside a marriage, and how it will feel. Since this summer, people have sent Ask Happy 3,266 messages in 751 conversations. Here is what they asked, counted.
What people ask about most
Out of 2,278 real questions about the lifestyle:
Three things that stood out
Feelings come before the other man, almost four to one. 280 messages were about jealousy, fear and insecurity. Only 73 were about finding the right man. That matches our marriage exactly. The hard part was never who. It was how it would feel for my husband, and what we would do with that.
The wives are here. About 1 in 10 real questions came from a woman asking about her own side. Most of the people who find me are men, but the women are reading, and they are asking.
Almost nobody asks about safety. Rules and safety were only 3.4% of questions. That worries me a little, because it is the part that matters most once it becomes real. Start with the rules before anything else.
Where people start
Ask Happy offers a few starting buttons. When people tapped one, here is what they picked:
- "I am curious but nervous. Where do I start?" 66
- "I have carried this fantasy for years and never told her." 49
- "Hotwife, Cuckold, Stag... what is the difference?" 42
Curious and nervous is the most common place to begin. If that is you, I wrote a free guide for exactly that.
When people write
About 1 in 4 messages arrived between 9 PM and 3 AM Eastern. A lot of this gets typed late at night, alone, by someone who has never said it out loud. October was the busiest month by far, with 2,132 messages.
How we counted
Ask Happy is the free AI chat on this site that answers in my voice. The log covers July 30 to November 1, 2026: 3,266 messages in 751 conversations, an average of about four messages each. 168 were starter-button taps and are counted separately above. The other 3,098 were typed, and each one was sorted into a single topic by AI. 820 of those were flirting, small talk, questions about the book or the shop, or unclear, which leaves 2,278 real questions about the lifestyle. Percentages are out of those 2,278. No names, emails or message text appear in this report. You are welcome to cite these numbers with a link back to this page.
