Shipping Policy

Every product on the shop page right now is digital. Delivery is instant. There is no shipping cost and there are no carrier delays.

Merch is not live yet. When it launches it will print on demand through Printful, with rates and times shown at checkout for every item.

The Kindle edition delivers instantly to your Kindle, Kindle app, or any device with the free Kindle reader installed. No shipping, no wait, no fee. Amazon handles delivery the moment the purchase completes.

If you prefer paperback or hardcover, both are available on Amazon with Amazon's standard shipping (free with Prime, free over $35 without Prime, 5 to 8 business days standard).

The Conversation Guide For Him, For Her, and the Bundle deliver instantly through Gumroad. Right after checkout you get:

• A download link on the receipt page itself.
• A receipt email from Gumroad with the same download link.
• Access through your Gumroad library for re-downloading later.

No shipping. No wait. Read it on your phone, on a tablet, or printed at home.

Merch will be print on demand through Printful. Each piece is produced after you order it, then shipped from the fulfillment center closest to your address.

What to expect:

• Production: 2 to 5 business days from order to ship.
• Transit (US): 3 to 8 business days standard, 1 to 3 business days express where available.
• Transit (international): 10 to 20 business days standard. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility on most international orders.
• Rates: shown live at checkout based on item weight and destination. Apparel typically runs $4 to $9 US, more for international.

This section becomes the active merch shipping policy the day the store opens. Rates and times confirmed against Printful's live table at launch.

For a Kindle order, Amazon handles delivery problems directly through your Amazon account.

For a Gumroad download that did not arrive in your inbox, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, log into Gumroad and pull the file from your library. If you still cannot find it, tell me and I will send the file to you directly.

For Printful merch (when live), tell me first. I file with Printful on your behalf and keep you in the loop until it is sorted. If the item is lost in transit or arrived damaged, the replacement is free.
