Return Policy
Plain English. Written by me.
The short version
Everything in the shop right now is digital. Refunds go through the platform you bought it from (Amazon for the Kindle book, Gumroad for the Conversation Guides). Both platforms give you a clear refund window and handle the money back without you having to chase me.
Becoming Happy Hotwife (Kindle on Amazon)
Sold and delivered by Amazon. The Kindle edition refund window is 7 days from purchase, as long as you have not read a substantial portion of the book.
To start a Kindle refund:
- Open Amazon and go to Your Account > Digital Content and Devices > Content.
- Find Becoming Happy Hotwife, click ... > Return for refund.
- Amazon credits the refund back to the original payment method.
The paperback and hardcover editions, when bought from Amazon, fall under Amazon's standard 30 day return window for physical books, with free return shipping through your Amazon account.
Conversation Guides (Gumroad)
The Conversation Guide For Him, For Her, and the Bundle are instant digital downloads through Gumroad. Gumroad's standard refund window is 14 days from purchase.
To start a Gumroad refund:
- Open the receipt email Gumroad sent you when you ordered.
- Click the link to the purchase, then Contact Seller and request a refund.
- Gumroad processes the refund back to your original payment method.
I review and approve every refund request personally. If something in the guide did not work for you, tell me what was off so I can keep making the next version better.
Music
Streams come from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, and the other platforms you can see on the music page. Refunds on streaming subscriptions are between you and that platform.
Merch (when it launches)
Merch is not live yet. When it goes live it will be print on demand through Printful, with the following policy:
- Defects, damage, or print errors are covered. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I will get you a replacement or refund at no cost.
- Wrong size or change of mind on print on demand items is not refundable, because each piece is custom made. The size chart on every product page is the source of truth. If you are between sizes, size up.
- Wrong item shipped is on me. Send a photo, keep the wrong one or donate it, and the correct one ships out free.
This section becomes the active merch policy the day the store opens.
