Happy Hotwife (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at happyhotwife.com. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your information. By using this website, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described here.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service messages

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers required to operate this business, and only the minimum data each provider needs to perform its service:

• Stripe processes payments. Stripe collects card and billing information directly through their secure checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Printful fulfills physical merchandise orders. We share your name and shipping address with Printful so they can print and ship your order. See Printful's privacy policy.
• Email service providers deliver our newsletters and transactional emails. We share your email address and the messages we are sending.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID G-29TGDSXEJJ, for traffic analytics. GA4 collects IP-derived approximate location, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. See Google's privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps that help us understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling but is configured to mask any input fields by default. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Vercel hosts this website. Vercel may collect server logs and analytics including IP addresses, request paths, and response times. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel when active, for advertising audience building and conversion tracking. See Meta's privacy policy.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Happy Hotwife, our users, or others.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Order records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and financial recordkeeping requirements. Email subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for the default period set by each analytics provider (typically 14 months for GA4 and 1 to 3 months for Microsoft Clarity).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Portability: request your information in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter
• California residents (CCPA): the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights
• EU/UK residents (GDPR): the rights listed above plus the right to restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following technologies on this site:

• Essential cookies and storage: required for the site to function, including remembering your cart and your cookie consent decision. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand site usage and improve user experience.
• Advertising cookies: Meta Pixel (when active), for advertising and conversion tracking.
• localStorage entry cookie-consent: stores your banner decision so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

You can opt out of GA4 at the browser level by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. You can also disable cookies entirely through your browser settings, though some parts of the site (cart, checkout) will not function without them.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted internal access, and trusted third-party service providers (Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment card security). No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International data transfers

Happy Hotwife operates from the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. By using this site, you consent to this transfer.

9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Happy@HappyHotwife.com and we will delete that information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
